Hobby Gunpla ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APO, and FPO addresses.

Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 Processing Times

We strive to fulfill all orders promptly after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days, after which a tracking number will be provided.

 Shipping Methods

We offer the following carriers for domestic shipping:

- UPS
- USPS

Depending on the package specifics, multiple shipping methods may be used. Some options specify the carrier, while others may vary. Our flat-rate shipping option uses multiple carriers, and if selected, a specific carrier cannot be requested.

**Expedited Shipping:** Expedited shipping options may not appear during checkout. If you need expedited delivery, please contact our Support team after placing your order to request faster service. We will invoice you for the additional shipping fee.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any adjustments to the shipping method or destination address.

Delivery Estimates

Our delivery estimates are accurate 99% of the time under normal conditions. Some packages may require additional time for delivery. For updates, please refer to your tracking information. Be aware that certain areas may consistently experience delays beyond the estimated dates. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other unexpected events may also impact delivery times.
